Meeting introduction was by the President, Dr. Peter Skilton.
Then the Astrophotographic challenge this month was presented by Vice-President, Chris Kostokanellis.
Committee member, Dr. Guido Tack, then presented the Sky for the Month from Hamburg Observatory, Germany.
The main topic was about “The Magnetic Universe”, presented at Gresham College, London, by Prof. Katherine Blundell OBE, Astrophysicist, Oxford University, and Gresham Prof. of Astronomy. Courtesy of Gresham College.
